Overall this is a good product esp. if you have one of the newer dish washers that only dries via condensation. To get drier dishes you need something to help as much water as possible slide off of the dishes so that the condensation process is more effective. The combination of a rinse aid combined with maxing out all of the “heating / drying” options on the dishwasher turned many dishes from “not dry at all” to “good enough” …. which is a huge improvement.Pros:1. Packaging seems to work well. Specifically we were able to get the rinse aid from the bottle to the dish washer with no problems at all.2. When I checked online the chemicals used did not seem as questionable as what is used in a run of the mill rinse aid.3. While it’s hard to give concrete measurements my wife seems much more pleased with the dryness of the dishes and while she didn’t want to use any rinse aids at all she’s fine given that the ingredients seem more natural than run of the mill products.Cons: ??1. This may not count as a real con as I don’t see any problems with the results but it seems counter intuitive to put elements of coconut soap (?) into a rinse aid but from what I can tell things are so diluted that it doesn’t seem to cause any problems.
