Dixie Belle Clear Coat Flat is a simple to use formula that lets you achieve a flat, matte finish while adding a layer of durability and protection to your masterpiece. Like other options in the Dixie Belle Clear Coat Sealer collection, this allows you to achieve a different final finish to your project from the natural paint finish. In addition, it also acts as a base you can put before you apply decorative accenting products. Dixie Belle Clear Coat Flat is a water-based formula and is non-yellowing, which makes it perfect to paint over lighter colours. Please take note that this clear coat will appear cloudy when thickly applied over darker colours. So, make sure to apply a very thin application or consider using an oil-based sealer like hemp oil. This is also very easy to clean; just wash your brush or sponge with warm soapy water. How to Use: Let your last coat of paint to dry for at least an hour. Apply a very thin and even layer of Clear Coat over your project or piece using Blue Gator Hide Sponge or a damp brush of your choice. Let the solution dry for at least an hour. Do not over work the application and work in small sections. Apply a second coat to make it even. Brush with extra coat if required.
