When is a comb not just a comb? Well, I know it when I see it. This one is just beautiful, the color either side is slightly different. The piece I got is slightly curved — which indicates to me that it is organic horn, and not perfectly flat like something from a factory. I tried the water test, and the comb did not float, unlike a plastic comb I tested it with. The color modulation is beautiful. The ultimate test: it feels so good on my hair and scalp, and does a nice massage as it smoothly combs through. It is dense and tends to tangle less. I immediately bought another piece (exactly the same) for my friend — the bamboo ox one. I am planning to buy another but the price went up so I will wait.
